Mobile-based Fertilizer Management System ( MBFS) is a digital platform that provides details about trending and popular fertilizers. It is a very good digital method to keep a watch on the sale and purchase of fertilizers. It gives detailed information about how a specific fertilizer is circulated from manufacturers to wholesalers and from wholesalers to retailers. This is essentially designed by the government to check out the proper distribution of fertilizers among farmers.
Follow these simple steps if you wish to acquire information about the dealer and stock availability in your place
- Step 1: Choose your state.
- Step 2: Select a district.
- Step 3: Select your option( Click on retail or wholesaler)
- Step 4: Search for your desired product or search by Dealers name Dealer license or Dealer phone number.
- Step 5: Select search to reach out to your MFMS Dealer.
It is important to mention here that MFMS is functional only from 11:30 pm to 5:00 am.

Do’s for MFMS Dealers
- Get your Dealer id and password.
- Keep changing your password regularly after your first login.
- If you lose your password accidentally contact your Dealer for resetting the password. He will receive the pin for resetting his mobile number.
- To change your mobile number contact any supplier company.
- Give your sale information and acknowledge it within the stipulated time.
- Go through mfms. nic for regular updates.
- Keep checking alerts and take action accordingly.
- Check out the report regularly.
- You must tell the end buyer to bring his Adhaar card/Voter card/ KCC card to record in the bill.
- Observe the opening stock and rectify it, if it is not matching with physical stock.
- Acknowledge the sales regularly.
- If multiple MFMS ids have been issued in your name, use only one and immediately inform about it to the company or your sales will get bifurcated.

Don’ts for MFMS Dealers
- Keep your mfms password secret and don't share it with anybody.
- Don't make caps lock on while entering the password.
- Use only one window at a time. Don't open many windows at one time.
- Choose only smaller intervals for view or acknowledgement of the transaction.
- Don't ignore the unit of the material sold.
- Never choose partial acknowledgement if the quantity received is full.
- Avoid phone calls unless it is compulsory for your moms related issues.
